More Surgery

So today my doc looked at my feet and said I have "mother bunyons". :) That made me laugh.

He hasn't done foot surgery in a while, and because my feet are so bad, he referred me to a surgeon he knows in Wilmington.

I'll probably meet that doc (Dr. Pupp! haha) in early April, and will be having surgeries on each of my feet this summer.

So yeah, this means I won't be able to get a job, but I'm looking forward to these being fixed. The pain is getting extreme, and it'll be nice not to have to worry about it anymore.

  1. Good news and bad news I guess! Funny that you laughed at his term. When I was in high school I was sent to a pediatric specialist at a great children's hospital in Philly for my scoliosis. It was the most serious and solemn doctor's appointment I have ever been to and the doctor had already broken the news that I would need a brace. But at one point in the exam he said I trunk shift and I burst out laughing. I was 14 and thought trunk shift was just hilarious. My parents and the doctors thought I was crazy. The doc told me I was the first person to ever laugh when they heard that!
