Here's what my day looked like:
7-11:45 work
12-3 sleep
3-6 help Mom with Blake and dinner
6-7:30 lay in bed staring at the ceiling
7:30-11 sleep
11-now eat and blog
And then I'm going back to bed. I don't know why I'm so tired. At least I'm one day closer to my birthday!

ReplyDeleteI pop into your blog every now and then to get caught up on your life. I truly admire your ability to just carry on given all that you've been through.
I'm from Canada and currently doing my masters of occupational therapy. I thought about you the other day in class when we were learning about mindfulness, which is a form of relaxation and meditation. The reason I thought of you is because our prof showed us many studies that showed how mindfulness greatly helps reduce chronic pain. May be a long shot for you, but I know you've had times of desperation so maybe it's worth a shot!
